We know that the “answer is in the room,” even if it’s a Zoom room these days. At S4EL, we who lead for equity, excellence, and justice can get help and give help to one another. You may not have someone down the hall who gets it, but you will find them here. Leaders from all levels P-12, in buildings and central offices, and higher ed leadership developers come together from across the country to strategize and solve problems together. We find the access points, vent about the frustrations, and strategize about how to take best advantage of the opportunities to make substantive progress.
S4EL is a workshop, not a webinar.
Webinars are great, but S4EL is more active than that. Come to do the work. Each week we have a focus on one of the five main topics. At S4EL, we’re always learning from each other, but it’s with the give-and-take of grappling with sincere change.
